Here's today's modest effort to get me back on track. I will never be able to think of eggs without thinking of Gollum getting the eggs riddle and yelling out 'Eggsses!' Well these are eggsses.

Love the Gollum reference, but even before reading that I could certainly discern eggsesss. I like the blue and darker blue shadow contrasting and intermingled with the white. It deserves more credit, perhaps, than you give it? Hope you recover quickly from the wipe out experience... and your teeth are more pleathing to your well-being. Good post, especially as written during the circumstances contained within.
Thanks Leslie. The whites wer so challenging, it was really fun to paint the blue. It's the Royal French blue from a fleur-de-lis pillow sham I got in Paris.
